Dangerous company! They sent the wrong dme item to my home and refused to replace the item with the correct item. Thankfully my item wasn't a life saving item like oxygen, can you imaging this company not delivering oxygen...I can after I spoke tith the manager and a person named Vicki. I asked Vicki if she was going to bill my medicare for a wrong item and she answered yes she will... medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud,medicare fraud
Wow. Be careful using this company, they send out wrong dme items to patients and won't correct the situation. When I questioned the warehouse manager and Vicki about sending the wrong item they told me to use a different dme company. When I asked Vicki if she was still going to charge my medicare she responded yes is will. When I asked for my co pay back she said no. This is a dangerous company that need to be avoided.
