I called this afternoon inquiring about my bill, and the young lady that I spoke with regarding my account statement had an attitude when I asked her questions. It was totally unprofessional. There is a proper way to handle questions — even when you’re irritated. There needs to be more training and professionalism with DMC employees because they represent DMC as a whole. Joke of customer service skills when call to ask about a bill. It’s not my fault you are stuck at a minimum wage job and are bitter. A small child has more common than these clueless women. Had to have insurance company call to explain because they are so worthless when you call in.
Today was a bad day at the University Lab at the DMC University Health Center (new location 5-G of UHC). It took a refuculious amount of time to have my blood drawn. Things seem to run much smoother and faster before the move to this location. What happened?
Very unprofessional. I have called over 3 times over the past 3 months to have results sent over to my doctor, I even went in person to make sure it was done when they failed to do so the first time. After much coaxing and bad attitude as if I was asking them to move a large mountain they finally said they faxed over the reports while I was waiting there. Tamara(sorry if mispelled) at the Dmc Lab (inside the Lakes Building in West Bloomfield) is doing a great job. I was slightly frusterated and Tamara was a great help today. She was friendly, on point, and explained everything to me.
