Hands down the BEST SERVICE I've ever had in a medical facility! The rehab staff is the BEST!! The menu just changed and the food is actually good. Tuesday's are the best! Every staff member that entered my room was polite and had a smile. I felt like I was at home and actually miss being there. If you have a choice in where you go for rehab PICK THIS PLACE!!!! You won't regret it. 🤗
I'm a bi-lateral BKA (both of my legs are amputated below my knees). I see Dr. Bittar, Sports Medicine Doctor, and his staff. I have done my physical therapy there, it's the closet place that works with bi-laterals. Besides the fact that it's about 38 miles from where I live, I have no problem coming here. Doc ALWAYS spends time with his patients, he answers any questions or concerns you have, his staff is super nice and caring. I can't say enough about this facility!! This place is awesome. My PT specialist Amanda was very experienced and was great at assessing exactly what exercise I needed and and how much of it I was ready for. Despite a nasty knee injury, I progressed much faster than expected just by following her instructions. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. You can tell this team cares about their patients, enjoy their work and work well together. Great therapists and and atmosphere.
Slow and unorganized billing and financial assistance departments. Despite advertising financial assistance for bills on their invoices and website, the billing representative I initially spoke to on the phone claimed the facility did not provide financial assistance – it took literally reading the financial assistance information straight from the facility’s website for the representative to finally relent and transfer me over to their financial assistance department.
