I can’t fully express how deeply the staff changed my life at RIM. The therapists, nurses, doctors, PCAs, video monitors, floor manager, food services, custodial team—everyone played a role. I was there for 35 days, and every second, I felt truly loved and cared for. I walked in as a patient and came out feeling human again. I regained so much independence because everyone believed in me. Every moment was intentionally designed to help me succeed and grow, and I’m so grateful for that.

I have been in three hospitals and five rehabilitation centers. THIS (RIM) IS THE BEST. RIM SETS the bar extremely high! Simply, the best. The best doctors, the best food, the best therapists and equipment, the best nurses, and the best aides. They all demonstrate how care should be done. It was an amazing experience. Thank you all.
