I tore my ACL on my left leg. My PT ERIC O. was very patient, professional and compassionate about his role as my pt. I was very comfortable and even though it seems like a slow process at first if you stay consistent you’ll heal in no time. For my case I end up not needing surgery I just stayed consistent with my appointments. It was a great experience through and through from the front desk agents to my pt I’m glad I picked DMC for my care.
my worst experience EVER for pain management, violation of the hipocratic oath " first do no harm", the pompous arrogance and refusal to listen is something i have never experienced, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I can’t fully express how deeply the staff changed my life at RIM. The therapists, nurses, doctors, PCAs, video monitors, floor manager, food services, custodial team—everyone played a role. I was there for 35 days, and every second, I felt truly loved and cared for. I walked in as a patient and came out feeling human again. I regained so much independence because everyone believed in me. Every moment was intentionally designed to help me succeed and grow, and I’m so grateful for that.
