Very unprofessional I won’t recommend this place very rude find a better health care place
The behavior of the front door lady in DMC Urology department was really bad. She can’t pronounce my last name and then she said it’s my mistake that she called and I didn’t answer. How I reply if you don’t pronounce my name properly. She is so rude to me. If you can’t pronounce a simple name then what are you doing over there.

I have never had a more pleasant experience than going to the urologist at Harper Hospital. These ladies were professional and good looking. They laughed and made me feel comfortable. Thank you ladies!
