I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff at the Northwest RIM site. Not only did my therapists help me reach my goals, Yvette, Michael and Paul were kind, compassionate and attentive to my needs. Yvette and Michael were key to assisting me through the healing process of my knee surgery. They both always encouraged me as well as show me the proper ways to physically improve my posture, walk and overall confidence that led to my full recovery. Excellent therapist at this center. Michaell and Yvette were more than professional and helped me with all my injuries so I'd be able to return to work
My Therapist was Ms. Becky at Northwest and she was always, courteous, patient and tried something different to help me. When I first came I could not lift my arm, things was always falling out of my hand. I couldn't put deodorant on and was in so much pain. Slowly I was able to lift my arm up, put deodorant on. My fingers was strengthen. I'm better thanks to the techniques that Ms. Becky used. I still have a ways to go but I'm certainly better. I'm still practicing those techniques. Yvette and staff were excellent. She is the sixth PT I have had and the most progress I’ve had in healing. Everyone washed their hands and wiped down all equipment. I had a great experience.
Becky is a all around great person. Time flies when your in great hands. My hand was stiff and in great pain. I give Becky 5 stars for being great.
