This is Yetivia Sumling and I would like to give a shout out to Megan and Carson for being so kind and perfect with my rehabilitation thus far and being for caring and being so professional with my care.
I attended therapy at RIM-Northwest for 3 months for treatment of a broken wrist. My OT Therapist, Becky, was terrific and was instrumental in my recovery. Not only was Becky an excellent clinician but she provided the emotional support and belief in me to propel me forward during a challenging time in my life. I have been thoroughly impressed by the staff at the Northwest RIM site. Not only did my therapists help me reach my goals, Yvette, Michael and Paul were kind, compassionate and attentive to my needs. Yvette and Michael were key to assisting me through the healing process of my knee surgery. They both always encouraged me as well as show me the proper ways to physically improve my posture, walk and overall confidence that led to my full recovery. Excellent therapist at this center. Michaell and Yvette were more than professional and helped me with all my injuries so I'd be able to return to work
