My son is there and most of the staff is very willing to help him with whatever he needs. His afternoon nurses enjoys him. She said he is very funny sometimes. He trys to not bother her and will try and walk to the bathroom on his own when he is not supposed to. They say he is pleasant to work with and will try to help himself before calling the nursing staff. If if call to check on him someone is always available to answer my questions. DO NOT trust them or their billing. They falsely told me that my insurance covered their services when they were actually out of network, and after they stuck me with an $1,500+ bill that I was expecting to be $50, they refused to even offer me a standard self-pay discount. They are highly uncooperative and antagonistic towards their patients' financial situations which is abhorrent for a rehabilitation clinic.
