The new location is a hike but pleasantly located by some of everything. The building is clean and so nice. The staff is amazing and you’re always greeted with a smile. I absolutely love my primary Dr. K, she’s awesome! With many doctors in the building, convenience is truly yours.
I had an awful experience while here. Back in July I came in as a healthy patient. I received a blood draw that completely destroyed my arm for months. The phlebotomist took the needle and dug it into my arm to find a vein but instead damaged nerves in my arm. I had two hospital visits due to this incident and I am still paying the hospital bills from the incident. As a woman of color I do not feel comfortable returning and will be seeking a primary doctor elsewhere.
Inconvenient to have to get an appointment for a refill and feels more like a policy to get push more patient visits. I arrived on time, and waited 30 minutes until I was called in, then I was in the room and waited an additional 30 minutes to see the doctor. It could be one of those days, but it doesn't seem professional, knowing that the client/patient showed up on time. Some care clinics have a max wait time of 25 minutes for waiting room...
I do not recommended this place they have bad Communication and wasted my time!
The Doctors and the Staff are amazing. They work with you and do their best to make sure you get everything you need. Edit: I have been seen by Dr. Frush (no longer here), Dr. Moore (no longer here), and Dr. Silas.
