Let me first say it's three stars because I am not happy with the app in the portal it is very difficult to follow and I am extremely computer literate the issue with e-mail is the worst case it does not allow a copy to myself or a response to an e-mail previously sent it only allows responses to the e-mail that I send back to me by the person responding the portal on the whole as I mentioned it's difficult to follow in terms of updates and the fact that I get an e-mail saying there's an update it's not always easy to find w... read more
I am having a hard time after telling my new DR Dorf from my other DR from him moving away that I am in so much pain after falling 16 feet of a ladder that I need a med adjustment been 4 weeks and called 3 times no reply. I am 66 years old and this guy can not get back to me.Far from having a drug problem so sad this guy can not get back to me This DR dorf is the worst Dr I have ever had.
I have been a patient at DMC since moving to Derry 4 years ago. I see Jenna Clark, NP. I normally don’t leave reviews, however, Jenna is incredible. Her bedside manner and way of remembering me and what I have told her far sets her aside from any other provider I’ve seen. She is informative and empathetic. I absolutely recommend her for anyone in need of a pcp. I hope she never leaves this practice, if she does, I’m following her! Very grateful I have found such an amazing physician.
For years, I remained a patient at DMC despite mounting concerns because my individual providers were generally competent. That loyalty has been exhausted. The pattern of errors, negligence, and systemic failure at this facility is unacceptable, and quite frankly, alarming. Medications have been sent to the wrong pharmacy repeatedly.
