Requested their services for an emergency leak in November. They did not fix the problem nor did they explain what was going, merely added a longer overflow pipe. We were told this action would fix the overflow we had everytime we used any of our plumbing and that was it. We continued to have the same issue for months afterward. Had to contract another plumber to fix the issue. Furthermore they only accept cash or check and don't send invoices until months later. They are above helping us in the mobile home community.. I couldn’t even get them to point me towards a friendly competitor. Two thumbs down.

The highest quality commercial/ residential contractor in the area. They have been around for decades and continue to put out the highest quality workmanship time and time again. The Rochester areas best in professional design, repair and service. Employee's are always helpful and personable with great follow up to ensure all your needs and expectations are met. I would recommend them to any business or homeowner looking for the job to get done to spec the first time. Fantastic work! Thanks for all your help and efforts.
