After leaving Detroit Receiving, he was only at RIM for 2 weeks as inpatient and the progress he is experiencing is no doubt a testament to the supportive, knowledgeable staff at RIM 6th floor! RecommendedDionne is amazing for Lymphedema therapy. I tried therapy at Beaumont and it was terrible. Dionne at DMC worked with my lifestyle to find a treatment plan that would alleviate my lymphedema symptoms. She uses a pump (they wouldn’t do this at Beaumont) and lymphatic drainage massage. She uses wrapping of least constraint and it worked! My one affected leg is now even to my other leg. Dionne has the pump company work with me at DMC to set me up with my own pump. RecommendedI had a spinal surgery in August 2019. It’s gonna be a long road to recovery, however I’m confident that I’ll be good in no time. The OT’s and PT’s at RIM are a godsend, they care about the overall health and well-being of their patients. I definitely would recommend them to others in need😀
