I am currently pregnant, and because my regular OBGYN office had no ultrasound technician availability at either the Milford or Commerce locations, the Milford reception desk explicitly scheduled an ultrasound appointment for me at your Hartland facility. Front desk staff were very rude. I believe the woman’s name was Kay. I canceled my appointment and scheduled with another obgyn all together. Going to the ob should be a happy, and positive experience from the moment I entered I didn’t feel welcomed.
When I was there back in 2015ish everyone seemed very friendly and very nice. I actually miss the office and everyone.
