Front desk staff were very rude. I believe the woman’s name was Kay. I canceled my appointment and scheduled with another obgyn all together. Going to the ob should be a happy, and positive experience from the moment I entered I didn’t feel welcomed.
When I was there back in 2015ish everyone seemed very friendly and very nice. I actually miss the office and everyone.
Dr. McKenna is nothing short of amazing. He’s been extremely thorough, listens to what I have to say and takes that info into all consideration and doesn’t just write it off. I highly recommend him.
