Last couple of appointments they’ve had me waiting over an hour for a three-minute birth control shot.. it gets to a point and I get they are busy, but when I watch someone who just walked in after I’ve been waiting an hour go to the back It gets a little frustrating after a while… my appointment was at 3:10 and I wasn’t seen until 4:03.
It's fun to fill out a 20-minute long form with your insurance to be told when you walk in, "We don't have your insurance on file." Also not busy at all but super long wait. Make sure you take more time than you think you'll need! When you finally get in, don't be shocked but the nurse will ask you ZERO QUESTIONS about your health. In my case, I'm having extreme health problems so I was quite shocked to not be able to share any of these concerns with my healthcare provider since they didn't care at all. The receptionist are lacking communication skills and are extremely rude. I have given this office exceptions and have given them the benefit of the doubt several times. I unfortunately was so displeased I decided to go with another provider.
Highly recommend Dr. Goldstein, he did my surgery and have recommended him to multiple friends/family members
