The receptionist are lacking communication skills and are extremely rude. I have given this office exceptions and have given them the benefit of the doubt several times. I unfortunately was so displeased I decided to go with another provider.
Highly recommend Dr. Goldstein, he did my surgery and have recommended him to multiple friends/family members
i’ve been coming here for several years and usually have no issue, it seems something must have changed recently as the scheduling service was rude and the wait is terrible (more than 40 minutes for a simple test) prepare to be waiting for someone to see you while you hear the providers laughing in the hall behind you
Went in for a smaller procedure, and from start to finish, my experience was nothing short of superior. Very clean establishment and all around kind, personable staff. 10/10 Would highly recommend- thank you!!
