First time meeting dr Roberts and I liked my first impression of her very nice and polite personality and she listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly she’s my new doctor now
If I could give 0 stars I would. My kids have been attending this doctor for the last 15 years. The only thing that’s good about it is the doctors. Dr Byrd and Dr. Steger. The wait period is super long and I’m switching my kids over immediately! It’s sad how this office is ran.
Front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and always forget to check me in properly. You’ll have to wait hours to see your Doctor. Always inconsiderate of my time.
