It’s pointless to make an appointment because you’re NEVER seen at that appointment time. They ask you to come 15mins early just to not be seen until damn near a hour after your appointment. Just to get back there and have it rescheduled. If I was seen at my appointment time and needed to be rescheduled at least I wouldn’t have had to wait a hour! Well, I’ve never been to this office. I’ve heard some bad things about it mostly all bad things lol, this was the office that was referred to me by another Doctor Who is good I was surprised with all the bad reviews and the unprofessionalism, and the mistreatment, and wrong charting I’ve decided to go in another direction thank you ladies for your review reviews as this is very important to Daughter gynecologic well-being we won’t be coming here! I will be reaching out to the Board of Directors for these problems as well.
This place left me feeling traumatized. A doctor’s office has never made me feel as unsupported, unsafe, and on edge as this one did. My encounters with the doctor felt flat, blunt, and completely lacking in empathy. The office also seemed very disorganized. Information would “magically disappear,” and at times staff claimed they had never even spoken with me in the first place.
