This place left me feeling traumatized. A doctor’s office has never made me feel as unsupported, unsafe, and on edge as this one did. My encounters with the doctor felt flat, blunt, and completely lacking in empathy. The office also seemed very disorganized. Information would “magically disappear,” and at times staff claimed they had never even spoken with me in the first place. Christina and Dr. Samara were excellent. They were both so kind and well-informed. (Funny too)
Rushing people out so u can catch your doordash is wild n super unprofessional them people up there need to be evaluated and watched and no one greeted her coming first time there btw. Very rude n putting wrong information n had to be corrected about everything.
First time meeting dr Roberts and I liked my first impression of her very nice and polite personality and she listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly she’s my new doctor now
