DO NOT use them, they said they will do all these things to help and in the end, all they want is your money. YOU can do this all on your own, all you have to do is call them whatever credit card you owe and work out a payment plan. THEY want their money back and are willing to take half of it back. There is a downside that money that is left over will count as income on your taxes, but you will not have it affect your credit score, it takes 30-40 days for them to update the balance as zero.
