Nurse and Dr are always friendly. Front desk are also friendly. Dr and Nurse are thorough.
Had a good experience inside the building. Had to return after leaving upon the nurses request once which was fine. Then was told to call back if my symptoms persisted. Have called 3 times and left 2 voice mails to the nurse and front desk but still have yet to get a return call.. Poor communication, however even though I have not had any of my calls returned they were able to text me that I had a balance to pay..
Jordan is an outstanding provider who provides excellent medical care. He is wise, attentative, caring, thorough and kind! The entire team is wonderful! Impressed with everyone from the receptionists, nurses, phlembotomist(she is absolutely the best ever!) They all are truly kind, caring and provided outstanding patient care. Thank you all!
