This agency is a joke!!! My sons car was damaged by one of their insured, and this agency has been giving us the runaround for the last 4 weeks!! Be ware of Eric Ure, the adjuster he never returns call! We have been out of transportation since 4/17/2020!!! The car was determined a total loss, and this agency who represents USAA has been trying to pick the car up from the body shop for the last two weeks. And, they have not even given us a settlement number. Something shady is really going on here!!
Typical Insurance company who will delay and deny till you accept their offer. Dealing with them was a nightmare. Took about 3 months to resolve a single claim. Shocking they are in still in business. I had to get my own private auto adjuster to increase their valuation to be close to Fair market valuation. I would not recommend them to anybody
