ARS is absolutely great. Tommy B. who came out to give me a quote was fantastic, professional and came across as genuinely concerned when I showed him the hot water heater and what was needed. When Tommy and the other two personnel came to do the install of the new heater with new tubing, they were fantastic. They showed up and were pros from the very start. I admit, I was a bit nosey to see what was going on, but they remained true to their professionalism and told me exactly what they were doing and why it needed done.

Okay so I have called and made an appointment for ARS rescue rooters to come out and give me an estimate on a new HVAC system not repair a new system they offered to come out the same day unfortunately I was not available at a last minute notice like that I was at work so we scheduled an appointment for today between 2:00 and 4:00 I got numerous emails about the appointment confirming the appointment and me confirming the appointment and then here it is 1:30 and I get a phone call from a young lady telling me that unfortunat... read more

I called ARS for emergency plumbing repairs. The plumber arrived on time, gave a very thorough explanation of the problem and repaired the two leaks quickly. He was very. conscientious about his work and wanted to ensure our satisfaction with the job before he left. We were very pleased with the outcome!
