DM Select installed our Trane HVAC 5 years ago. The Comfort link Thermostat stopped working and we needed it replaced. Unfortunately since it is 25 degrees at night, I can't wait for shipping to order one online. They ended up charging $890 for a $700 replacement thermostat and $300 for the tech to take it out of the box and plug it into the wall. These things are really plug and play, no special skills needed. I am okay with a service charge, the techs should be reimbursed for their time, but this is excessive.

Will Gordan was the technician and he arrived on time and was very courteous and once we together looked at the water stain he was knowledgeable and specific in what he determined was the underlining issue. We talked about next steps/options and I appreciated his advice. I will definitely continue using DM Select for my plumbing/HVAC needs.

DM has great technicians but I am finding out that many of the systems they install fail in very short time. I paid $16,000 for a new system and upgraded warranty, and 4 months later I have no heat. But let me update and correct myself, DM was out in a few hours, my line in had frozen in this near zero weather, the tech came out and fixed the issue and gave me some advice on using heat tape to avoid this happening again. Way to go DM!
