Great experience. Rich was very professional. When they found that they didn't have the right part to fix my heating, they came by later that day with space heaters to make sure I'd be comfortable until the parts arrived. I felt like they were looking out for me.
They were able to come out quickly on a Saturday and take a look at our AC that had stopped running. The tech was friendly, but didn't offer any solutions other than replacing the entire unit.
I recently purchased a nest thermostat, and as much as I was hoping it would work with my boiler system, it didn't. The owner took the time to call me and work with me to figure out next steps. I appreciate the time and callback.
If you're looking for excellent customer service, ask for Robert. Cannot sing his praises enough.
