Extremely satisfied!! Highly recommend!! Called the team about my aircon as it stopped working as you would expect with any business they are fully booked out but these guys managed to come within a day at such short notice and get my system back up and running, I felt like this company was the only one genuinely trying to help! So happy how they responded in such short notice very professional and efficient team thanks again
Excellent service. Fabulous assistance from DM & S Curtin in the replacement of a broken-down air con. They responded quickly and replaced it promptly with an affordable reverse cycle unit. Their technicians were professional, helpful, clean, tidy and respectful throughout the entire process. The office staff took the time to explain the options available. I highly recommend them for the efficiency and excellent service.
Professional from start to finish! Installation of a new comprehensive ducted system in the house we are renovating. Hard to fault. Best price, technical knowhow, can do approach to customer service. We have used other local providers in history however these guys set a high standard. Glad we chose them for this job and highly recommend them!
Terrible service. Didn't have the knowledge to fix the problem. Didn't turn up to booked time. Eventually turned up & did the work under warranty. It faulted again. Zero communication & when I contacted the Manager she blamed it on Daikin & gave me a dodgy number. Then I was invoiced! Had no aircon from Feb to May & it still doesn't work! Would not recommend!
Took 6 months from the first call to this company to finally have my aircon fixed, each time coming something else was forgotten, ordered wrong, wrong parts ect. I understand shipping of parts can take some time but no communication to let me know a part would take a month. Do not recommend.
