I had a wonderful experience all the way around! Buying a car is without a doubt a process (as it is anywhere) but Michelle Knox was right there beside me the whole time! Called the day before I went to go see a car they had for sale, and asked if it was still available and if anyone else was interested in buying it, right before they closed, and the lady told me it was still for sale and nobody else had inquired about it. I purchased a car from D&M about a year and a half ago. I LOVE the car and appreciate the top-notch customer service I've received. The sales process was easy and very informative, they really worked hard to make sure they helped me find exactly what I wanted. A few weeks ago, I noticed a noise and brought the car in - they had my issue diagnosed and corrected in no time at all.
