Personally, it's been stressful renting from them. They seem to have a really difficult time keeping up with and/or completing maintenance and repairs. Some repairs they just refuse to actually do or check up on when we report them.
I’d give less if I could. Very unprofessional/ shady when I was trying to find someone to rent my place when I was moving out of town.
