Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer, and the way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of professionalism. Communication was poor, the attitude was unnecessary, and instead of trying to resolve the issue respectfully, the experience became even more frustrating. After I changed lanes on I-95, one of your drivers started verbally attacking me—going so far as to stop his truck on the expressway and pull a knife on me, threatening my life. Just imagine if an unexpected issue arose while he was on the job; how would this employee react in his own home?
