I spent a lot of money on a bracelet for my wife at Reid's, which is where I buy all my jewelry, what little I buy. The bracelet was faulty, through no fault of Reid's. They explained to me exactly the issue in layman's terms, and are sending if off for replacement at no cost to myself. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend dealing with these people.

Great customer service! I went in to buy a solid gold chain and picked one out that I thought was shorter at first, after I payed for it tested it and tried it on I decided it wasn’t the chain for me. Instead of getting upset they were very understanding and let me exchange it for another one at the same price. Very appreciative of their professionalism and making sure the customer was happy at the end of the day! Thank you Reid’s I wish you nothing but the best!

I only went in to get a new watch battery. Very minor job. Everything about the experience was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and patient. Much to my surprise, I didn’t need a new battery, and there was no charge. That was my first time at D,M, Reid but in future, I will go there for all of my jewellery needs.
