I am very pleased with this company. I have had NO problems whatsoever here with regards to management. Maryann, Jennifer, Kim and cannot for Thomas..what a great staff!!! They have ALL been so helpful. Also, our maintenance man, Larry, here is awesome as well. I am very grateful that I can now call this my home and cannot thank them enough!

DM management had me thinking I was getting a certain floor plan on a new apartment but upon walk thru day totally different. I feel like I was scammed, they have my money yet I have no keys, told I have to wait until move in day which will be three weeks away. I was excited to be moving into a new apartment but now I feel like I've been kicked in the stomach. Visions Absecon for seniors was not ready for tenants, shower had gaping holes from wall, no linen or utility closets. Told apartment would have walk in closet,NOT. So... read more
D&M is the worst property management company in existence. They refuse to deal with any issues regarding drug dealing in and around their complex, people openly smoking marijuana in the building with many children around. The maintenance person is hardly ever around yet claims he's there often. The tenants are being forced to file a lawsuit against them for their unending incompetence. D&M is essentially no different then a slum Lord.
I've lived in an apartment managed by D&M for over 5 years. They are the absolute worst at dealing with issues regarding maintenance, building and property safety, and on top of it have horrible customer service. The number of angry tenants has grown to over dozen now, all complaining about issues that they refuse to deal with. They have a maintenance person who claims to be around several days a week, when in fact he's only here on average one day per week. There are drugs being sold in the apartment parking lot now.
