I hired Dennis and Misty Cheek to list my house in Buena Vista subdivision in Cedar City UT. They showed the home numerous times within the first week and had an offer in hand within 1 month for almost full price. I needed additional help after the buyers moved in and Dennis was immediately available to help me. I would highly recommend their service.
