Mark Dean is a good guy and does his best. Our super on the other hand not so much. Aside from the super that oversaw the construction of the home, we are very happy with everything.

Avoid this builder. The owner is non communicative, turns a blind eye to everything going on around him. Once you sign their contract , that’s it , they have you and you are in for a world of hurt! When the owner finally does talk to you, you can’t believe a word he says. You are beneath him. He has your money and that’s all he cares about. They should be ashamed of themselves . Typical builder who promised everything and delivered on very little. Communication is a joke. Build quality overall is acceptable, but trying to get them to correct deficiencies is an ongoing issue. They blame every problem on a contractor. They actually do have one or so employees who seem to know what they are doing but most are completely inept. Overall a very frustrating experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We had our house built less than 3 years ago. We knew we could afford the price they gave us, but then, halfway through the building process, they handed us a piece of paper showing the price went up half again as much. They told us if we didn’t like it we could just walk away….REALLY. Just excuses, no reasons. Most of the subcontractors were Latinos who were slobs.
