Finding David in a sea of sub-contractors was a blessing. He is prompt, friendly, courteous, very price competitive, and shows pride of workmanship. Our project involved design, drywall, texturing & carpentry. Although the final design decision belonged to us, he provided valuable insight that helped our decision making. David was a true professional. He has a lot of of integrity in his work. He was honest and really understood our needs. My elderly mother was in a panick mode when she discovered the damage her home received from dry rot and mold. DM Construction was given the job due their experience and David's competitive quote. David Moniz and his DM Construction crew did a magnificent job on our home. We needed our existing moulding finished and new crown installed in two other rooms. His crew showed up on time, were friendly, professional and stayed late to finish the job on the same day as requested. They cleaned up their work area and were a pleasure to work with. I'd hire them again.
