I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I was unhappy with the color result, and when I politely expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with extremely disrespectful behavior from the owner. Instead of offering a solution or even listening to my concerns, he made personal attacks — saying I brought “bad energy,” that I triggered him emotionally, and calling me “anxious” in a negative and unprofessional way. My wife and mother-in-law were humiliated by the hairdresser. He made offensive comments, mentioned my mother-in-law’s anxiety, and said he couldn’t stand having them there. He even kicked them out during the appointment — while my wife still had chemical product in her hair. On top of that, he’s a professional who doesn’t know how to handle criticism and reacts with arrogance instead of respect. We’re taking legal action and reporting this. Stay away from this salon — no one deserves to be treated like this.
