Terrible and total disregard for the community! 🚫 The nursery wholesale truck blocked an entire street in La Jolla leaving no room for residents to pass. Unloading multiple trees took OVER 25 MINUTES - unacceptable! 🚨 Hazardous and selfish. Would not recommend. 1/5 stars
I had a very disappointing experience with Devil Mountain Nursery. They delivered multiple incorrect plants with my order—some were the wrong type, others were the wrong color, and a few were even broken upon arrival. To make matters worse, at least a quarter of the plants had clear signs of pest infestation. When I called to request replacements, I was met with refusal and told about their strict two-week return policy, which seems absurd given that most places, like Home Depot, offer up to a year to return plants.
