DLV did an amazing job we could not be happier with their company from the initial quoting by Nathan who is a superstar! Cares very deeply about getting the job done exactly right and followed the progress with daily updates! The crew was amazing as well, very friendly like having family around making sure every nail was put in the right place! Amazing experience!
After a major mishap on Day 1 left me uneasy, DLV addressed the issue head on and exceeded my expectations throughout the rest of the project. You can really tell the integrity of a company by how they respond when issues occur, and I was impressed by DLV. Good communication, good PMs (Paul, Nate) good product. Especially impressed with their cleanup: no trash, no nails, no pieces of shingles left behind.
I can not say enough good things about my experience with DLV Roofing! From the initial meeting with Tim and Paul to inspect my roof, helping me select the shingle color, explaining the entire process and the timeline.
