We were recently on vacation in Destin. On Wed., our grandson who lives in Destin visited and said he had a problem shifting gears on his 2011 Mustang. We were needing to leave on Sat. and went to D'Luxe Automotive on Thurs. Eddie brought us right in, put the car on the lift and had Brad diagnose the problem! These guys are something special. It is so hard to find a mechanic you can trust. One that will not rip you off, make up problems, overcharge you, or just not get the job done. This group of guys made it their own personal goal to figure out what was going on with my car. I am beyond grateful! I will recommend this team over and over!! Thank You!
In town as a tourist and my A/C stopped working consistently, which is a disaster in FL. They diagnosed the issue as ~40% low system charge coupled with a clogged condenser and resolved these issues at a very reasonable price. The staff was nice and the technician provided quality service without recommending unnecessary expensive repairs. No complaints.
I am from out of town, and had some unexpected issues pop up on my 2014 Volkswagen Beetle, this shop helped me out to the fullest extent, while explaining the issues and steps along the way! Thank you for making me feel welcome and letting me know in detail what was going on with my vehicle! Great estimate and great service! Lastly, thanks for getting the job done in a timely manner so I could get back home to Jacksonville!
