I used to really love DLUX but my most recent experience wasn’t great. I got a full set with dip and the very next day 3 nails had already broken off. I am no stranger to nails and have gotten sets that are triple the length I got this past time, so it wasn’t like it was user error. I have since broken 2 more and instead of going back to have them replaced I am taking them off. Really disappointed.
I'm so disappointed in my nails, i always go here and have always been very pleased, 2 days ago I was treated very rudely and I even brought a friend with me. I also had a gel manicure and pedi and my pedi was amazing my mani she never cut my cuticles and now day 2 it really shows. I wasn't going to post this but I'll never go back. I'd post a Pic but there is no option for this.
Website says that do acrylic nails, but when I arrived I was turned away and told they do not do acrylic nails. Bummer
My daughter has been going here for almost 3 years the last 2 times she went they made her get gelx. Both time they have broken her natural nail all the way down to the nail bed. I do not recommend going here.
I've been going to D'Lux for 4 years. I've loved them but my most recent pedicure was terrible. My nail tech scraped under my big toe and it started to bleed. She wasn't worried about this at all. 🚩 The pedicure treatment itself was okay at best, pretty sloppy. The polish looked well applied in the salon but terrible in the natural light. I'm so disappointed. I want to add that my tech looked absolutely exhausted which makes me question the working conditions at this salon.
