I have had great experiences here, but I will not be returning as my nails started to pop off after just 1 day. The quality has been decreasing each time I go.
If I could I would give them zero stars! Do not trust them - poor quality and they will ghost you! My daughter had her nails done Sat. 1/5 for her 21st birthday. They told her the prices went up because they were using a "better" nail that would last forever" 2 days after her manicure a nail fell off (1/7). She went right away the same day and had it fixed with same person that did original set - On 1/10 three nails fell off - we tried calling with no answers at all left several voice mails and even emailed them. I have been here many times and normally happy with it.. this time I got a pedicure with a design but was crunched for time so after doing the uv light I was told to leave in the flip flops and when I get where I was going to put my socks and shoes on. I did that and when I got home noticed it ruined both big toes with the designs. Called the next morning to see if I could come get them fixed and the lady on the phone was very nice and said absolutely we’ll fix them. When I got here the guy I got was rude. My usual nail salon was closed, so I decided I’d try here instead. I went in and asked for a gel mani pedi. I was then told to pick my polish and they quickly sat me down for my pedicure. They proceeded to do my toes and fingers at the same time in the pedicure chair, in a very rushed manner. It just seemed like they didn’t really care about the result as much a getting me in and out.
