I attempted to purchase a custom money clip via their Instagram page (@dlux_jewellers), they asked me for a deposit within the first two messages, I said that I was happy to send the deposit straight over, but I asked a few follow up questions in regard to the design, they then ignored me (and several of my attempts to chase this up) for weeks, whilst uploading multiple stories daily.
