I attempted to purchase a custom money clip via their Instagram page (@dlux_jewellers), they asked me for a deposit within the first two messages, I said that I was happy to send the deposit straight over, but I asked a few follow up questions in regard to the design, they then ignored me (and several of my attempts to chase this up) for weeks, whilst uploading multiple stories daily. I would proceed with caution, as if I had sent the deposit, I would now be out of pocket with an un-responsive company that cannot be bothered... read more
