Was out of town due to business trip called and set everything up over the phone. Phone service in my location was crap but she kept at it and worked with me to get the order in. Wife loved them thank you for making our 9 year more special.

Zero stars called and asked where the order was. They said it will be there by 9pm. Nothing then called again said they messed up and they are going to make it now by 11pm. Valentine's ruined. Should never have to call for a order my husband placed!!!

My boyfriend ordered 2 days in advance for Valentine's Day! I didn't receive my flowers until Valentine's Day WAS OVER! My boyfriend said "you should be expecting something" I was waiting all day, I didn't receive my flowers until 11pm, while I was sleeping.... very disappointed! I want his money back!.
