DO NOT BOOK!! Wish I could give negative stars. The owner is the most narcissistic rude human being ever. She’s a thief and a manipulator, changed my appointment last minute and because I couldn’t reschedule she insisted I wouldn’t get my deposit!! When she’s the one who canceled. This is not the first review to say the same thing!! She stole my deposit.
Let me just say that I have been getting Russian manicures for over a decade. I recently moved to Long Island and found this salon on Instagram because I was looking for a Russian manicure here. They asked for $50 Deposit to make the appointment via Zelle to which I had no problem. It was absolutely my fault that I didn’t ask for the price of the manicure and pedicure. A little pricey but most comfortable nails and prettiest nails I ever had
I found this business on IG and I liked what I saw so I decided to make an appt. I initially called her to confirm the appt when I sent my deposit and never heard from anyone. Anyway overall the salon is very nice and clean. However this services are way too overpriced. I paid $240 for a Russian mani and regular gel pedi. This is unheard of as I have been getting manis and pedis a very long time and have NEVER I life paid that much. I’m so happy I found this nail salon. Christie is amazing!!! She is professional and a perfectionist at her craft!!!! She uses high quality products & my nails consistently last 5-6 weeks. Never heard about a Russian mani/pedi until I encountered this salon. She will be doing my bridal nails & I can’t wait!!! Last but not least, I love the metaphysical/modern vibe of D’Luna salon. Definitely worth it!!!
