Carriers stay away from this company broker division cheap loads and then cancel delivery appt day before delivery and want you to set on load for four days and don't want to compensate you for what it's worth want to use your trailer as a warehouse -10 degrees frozen load. Please avoid them.
This is the absolute worst place to pick up from. Their customer service is a complete joke. I called 3 times to confirm pickup and they wouldn’t load my driver.
Carriers please stay away from this company , they promise you a rate when hauling for them and then do not send full rate amount. Give invalid reason and detect money from rate confirmation. They don’t even deserve a one star.
These guys are terrible and their 'customer service' dept is pretty worthless. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake- use someone else! They're honestly not even worth 1 star.
