A driver for this company yelled something nasty out of the window to me this morning as I was walking to work. I took a video of the vehicle after they passed by me and was able to obtain the license plate number. Employees that act out like that give your company a very bad reflection.
Carriers stay away from this company broker division cheap loads and then cancel delivery appt day before delivery and want you to set on load for four days and don't want to compensate you for what it's worth want to use your trailer as a warehouse -10 degrees frozen load. Please avoid them.
This is the absolute worst place to pick up from. Their customer service is a complete joke. I called 3 times to confirm pickup and they wouldn’t load my driver.
Carriers please stay away from this company , they promise you a rate when hauling for them and then do not send full rate amount. Give invalid reason and detect money from rate confirmation. They don’t even deserve a one star.
