It won’t let me delete my last review. I reached out to my carpet cleaning guy and he did confirm there was a fair amount of pet urine in the bedrooms but he got it all out of the carpet but noted that it may have been in the pad. I still wouldn’t recommend them personally just based on availability. They’re almost impossible to get ahold of. I will never rent from them again. They gave me a sliver of my deposit back, claiming our pet urinated all over the walls and the bedroom carpets. My guess is they wanted to replace the carpets anyway so they pinned it on the dog. There was absolutely NO urine on those carpets and I even spent $300 to have them professionally cleaned. The professional cleaner I used told me everything looked good (coffee stains etc).
