Needs a closer I'd say you could do a lot worse than DLR -- they make an effort to do quality work, and they are willing to redo what you find unsatisfactory. However, Daniel -- which is what DLR amounts to -- doesn't really take care to wrap up the job. It's like pulling teeth to get him to finish up those last few bits. For example, it's been a good nine months now, and I'm STILL trying to get him to get PG&E to turn on the new electrical meter.
