We will recommend Doug Russell from DLR Construction Company to everyone. He did our foundation and then met the insurance company for a re-inspect on our roof (insurance company denied the first time...interesting) He got the insurance company to pay for new roof, fence, gutter and 3 window screens, More than we could hope for. We were only thinking the roof. Now we have sold out house. He will put new windows and replace our fence at the new house in a couple of months
Doug from DLR Construction Company came out to evaluate our foundation. 2 other companies wanted to do over 20k in foundation piers. Doug suggested before we do the work to have plumbing checked, based on signs he saw. No other company even suggested this. We had several plumbing leaks. After we had them fixed, we had Doug install 21 piers. We came out cheaper with him even tho we had piers AND plumbing leaks repaired. Once we get back from our trip we WILL have Doug do our roof. i had 6 foundation repair companies give me estimates and dlr had the cheapest price per pier. they also had the best pier location plan. doug is very friendly and professional and made sure i was happy w/the work.
We had hail damage on our roof and some other items around the house. I can t complain about the insurance as far as covering items...They paid for a lot. But as far as what to do next. NO HELP...I had 2 contractors come out. Even more confused. From what I could tell Insurance didn t pay nearly enough. A Real Estate friend of mine suggested to call Doug @ DLR Construction Company. Doug from DLR Construction Company came to our home in January 2014. A friend from work used him to do work for her when they were selling their home. We are selling ours and needed foundation repair. We checked DLR Construction Company out and spoke to some of his previous customers. He did 31 piers around our home and explained exactly what would happened. His crew was very courteous and polite. We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend him to friends and family.

We had Doug from DLR Construction Company come out and inspect our rental property in Irving. We are selling it and our Realtor recommended him. Basically, he did an excellent job for us!! DLR Construction Company came to our house after we found them on the internet. We where looking for honest roofer. Actually.. One that would call us back.... Doug Russell from DLR Constr. Called me back with in an hour. No one else called hat quick. 4 roofers.. 2 didnt even call me back. We had problems with our insurance company after a leak started when it rained.
