Edited Review: This company is became a predatory lender during covid. Signed a large loan January 2020. Big mistake. DLP never gave an inch on making payments, held distributions, I had to beg to get my draws, no waived fees, no waived or deferred anything. This was definitely a top down decision by Don. I am sorry to write a negative review. We had a very bad experience with them and lost $12,000, and 4 months of valuable time and two deals. They were presented to be a quite successful, still growing and emerging, big entity. Talk good until they get the mandatory deposit to register with them and the introducing agent from Atlanta belonging to "Equinox Equity."
