I just received my cypress 4 today and I wanted to express how happy I am with the product. I called Timber about 6 weeks ago and the rep spent about 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions regarding the best option for my home grow. He was very informative and helpful. I researched a few other places but came back to Timber because of how helpful they were when I initially contacted them. Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 Cypress Led Which stated they need to Built before shipping. About 4week after order was placed I received a Email stating the Building was delayed and would possibly take 6wk which I agreed to wait. after the 6wk was up instead of receiving thr product purchased I received another email stating that there is a shortage of aluminum and was going to take another 6wk which I explained was far too long for my operation.
