I called to get an insurance quote, I was referred to Karina. All I can say is that I got the run around, they never did get me a quote every time I talked to them thay acted like they where really busy and told me that they would get to me shortly but at the moment I'm still waiting for a quote and it's been a couple of months. Maybe I dodge a bullet by not getting insurance from Conexus, if they threat potential customers like this I can just imagine how they take care of their current customers
Logan is amazing! First off she not only knows her stuff and offers multiple lines of insurance options but she really takes the time to answer all your questions. She is fast and efficient and gets the job done. She also helped hunt down anything I needed when dealing with my homeowners and hail claim. Highly recommended!! Thank you Logan!!
Be careful, once these people got involved my business' general liability policy jumped from $1560 per year ( same premium for 4 years) to $4732 per year with no changes and no claims. I understand middlemen/ brokers have to make their money but that is a bit much.
I appreciate so much the responsiveness and professionalism provided by Evie. We have had a tough season with Mother Nature and Evie has taken very good care of us! Such a relief to know she has our back!
Estaba buscando una aseguradora para cambiarme, estuve leyendo los comentarios aquí y eso me animó a llegar a ellos... he estado perdiendo mi tiempo durante 3 semanas en ir personalmente y en estar haciendo llamadas pues... en 3 semanas simplemente dicen "sí" pero no han hecho NADA!! Por lo menos informen que no van a hacer su trabajo para no estar perdiendo el tiempo con ustedes.
