WOULD NOT RECOMMEND – If you are looking for a place to live this is not the best choice. No one is in the office during office hours, maintance is a complete joke.I am a current resident and hate to live here. During the 5 winter months I have lived here my A/C has been serviced 4 times. My refrigerater replaced twice and toilet only worked for 2 months. Just trying to report a problem and have the office respond takes weeks. MOLD IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN MOST UNITS!!!!
