Needed routine labs done, stopped in. Chelsea was able to get my blood drawn fast and painlessly and I was on my way!
Came on a Thursday around lunch time for my 1yr old to have blood drawn. The wait time was so long...The waitlist on the monitor is unreliable because the expected wait time doesn't get updated and even becomes longer. So maybe they are short-staffed, but they still took a long time. Not a very baby-friendly lab because baby is screaming and they needed more than one person to hold baby's arm while slowly drawing blood. Staff is nice and doing their best though.
Amy H. is always kind, professional and gentle with me. This location is by far the best I’ve experienced. It’s super clean, never wait long. It’s my go to choice for all my lab visits. They also take the lab card if your insurance requires you to use it.
I love this location. Amy is the only tech I will use, she’s quick and painless. This facility is very clean and everyone is friendly.
I’ve had my blood drawn a few times at this location. My tech was Amy and she was so friendly. I will always use this location and ask for her every time. This facility is really clean and welcoming.
