Do NOT sign an AWN - a form that says you’ll be responsible if insurance doesn’t pay. They will tell you it’s required, but it’s not. Make them call their supervisor, management, someone if they tell you it’s mandatory. They will use you signing the AWN as a way to charge you way more than what your insurance will bill you. Wouldn’t take an appointment for pre employment drug screen and just stay in the waiting room for almost an hour with one lady ahead of me. No other patients there and the lady ahead of me finally called. A few minutes later another person tried calling me back but told me she didnt do drug tests so I had to wait for the one who called the previous lady to be done to get called again. Amazing experience, got me right in- no wait at all. Hailey did the easiest, most comfortable blood draw I’ve ever had and was incredibly professional!
Came here for my 5 year old daughters blood work. She had a lot of tests ordered and I was really worried about having to poke her multiple times. The girls did great, they were patient with her and she didn't even cry! Awesome experience, would definitely recommend
