Sarafina was very rude and reeked of weed. It was one of my worst sticks I’ve had. Rolled her eyes and ignored me when I told her I was nervous.
Even after emailing them multiple times, including to an address that I was told to use by a phone representative, they STILL have not fixed an incorrect billing amount. Try to avoid DLO services if you can. Cannot advise anyone to use a laboratory that cannot even bill the right amount, much less fix their error when provided proof from insurance.
People are nice but never open in time. Slow process everytime to be seen
Fast in and out. The young lady was friendly and professional.
Slowest lab on the face of the earth. Waited in line for 30 minutes with one person working and one patient in the back. Finally got up and left.
