I found a great company to shovel my snow. DLC's Lawn and Landscape company showed up for every visit I scheduled. The employees followed the directions for where to place the salt on my property. The staff was very communicative, like texting when they were on the way or an approximate time they would arrive. The company offered a choice of plans for shoveling, which helped me choose what was best for my budget. I have signed up for additional services like the Spring Clean Up and the Lawn maintenance.
DLC's Lawn & Landscape has provided me with exceptional lawn service for the last 3 years. They are professional, timely, and strive to deliver client satisfaction. Thank you
DLC has been fantastic to work with over the past year! We’re a small church and it’s very important that Sunday morning is clear. Dante has been very timely and flexible in taking care of us. Highly recommended!!!
I am extremely disappointed with DLC's service. Last Saturday and Sunday, we had very heavy snow accumulation, over 7 inches. I waited until Monday, and they still didn't come to clear the snow. Despite texting and calling them, they responded by saying they were tired and needed to rest. Three days should be more than enough time to fulfill their obligations. I even paid $90 to another company to get the snow cleared. I paid $850 for the season, which included a contract for 14 to 17 visits. However, I had to call and text ... read more
