They did what no one else could. My custom heating system failed in the middle of the night. I called DLC and Mike was here within an hour (11PM!). I had another company that I used to use but they closed. I remember them telling me that all the parts for my system were all special order. MIKE was able to find a supply house that had the part and would open for him to get it! He had me up and running before 2am! Thanks DLC and Johnstone Supply

I Can finally take a shower... I was out of town for New Year's and came home to discover I had no water. I called the water company and they turned off my water because I had a leak but no one bothered to tell me or leave a note or anything! I was LIVID!!! I called DLC. They were here 2 hours later and had my water back on before dark. No other plumbers even returned my calls.

They really earned my trust We called DLC to service our furnace when it was only blowing cold air. They came out the same morning and after testing it, they told me that the control board was bad. They stopped and told me the replacement part was quite expensive. They told me I could replace the part but it would be expensive and since my heater was so old they suggested I should get a new furnace. I will never call any other plumber for any work that I need done now that I've experienced the level of professional, friendly and reasonably priced service that I've received with DLC. For once I don't feel raked over the coals financially after I call the plumber! Martin is a true credit and asset to DLC. Thanks so much, Martin! Everything is working perfectly. I Love You Guys!!

I needed to schedule a plumber to come fix a leaky kitchen faucet, and I needed to have him there when I could be there. Many big-name plumbers will get to you on THEIR time, eventually. These guys were great. A little later than expected (hey, it was during a cold snap in early December -- go figure!) but they CALLED to let me know, rather than leave me wondering. Once they got here, they were under way quickly and finished as quickly. I would definitely call on them again.

My wife called DLC after we called 2 other plumbers. 1 never showed up at all. The second guy called 3 times to reschedule! I was out of town and she kept missing work to meet them. I decided to call someone myself. Martin was able to come out an that same day, and he was 15 minutes early on top of it. He fixed our leaky water heater in half an hour. I wish we would have called him first.. Thank you DLC

My heroes! I called Saturday morning when it was 40 degrees and my furnace stopped working. They were the only ones who answered the phone when I called. He told me they had a cancellation so he could come over in less than an hour. He showed up 30 minutes later and figured out that the wires were lose on the back of the thermostat and he fixed them. It cost me less than $100, less than an hour, and all of this on a Saturday!!!

I Had 2 Cooling Units Serviced By DLC Plumbing In Early June 2010 And They Were Both Professional As Well As Personable. This Work Was Completed Next Day, On Time, And At The Price I Was Quoted. In Addition To The Great Service, I Was Not Charged For The Time Driving To The Job In Edgewood. I Will For Sure Use Them Again. (Ralph In Edgewood)
