Nice and friendly. Rachel is awesome. I have been doing to D'Lazo for years and never had a problem.
I used to go to D'lazo but now I am definitely choosing another salon to go to. I did not have a good experience at all. I got extra charged just because my hair stylist was being a Chatty Cathy and claimed she took a longer time to do my hair. That's not fair and I wasn't told that to begin with! I was only supposed to be charged $35. The owner, Rachel did my hair.
